Overview.


LWY, LWQ series turbine flowmeter is based on the principle of torque balance and is a velocity type flow meter. The sensor has a simple structure, lightweight, high accuracy, good repeatability, responsive, easy to install and maintain the use of features, widely used in petroleum, chemical, gold, water supply, paper and other industries, is the ideal instrument for flow measurement and energy saving.


Sensor and display meter supporting the use, suitable for measuring closed pipeline with stainless steel 0Cr18Ni9, 2CrI3, hard alloy does not corrode, and no fibers, particles and other impurities of the liquid. If matched with display instruments with special functions, it can also be used for quantitative control, over-volume alarm, etc. The optional explosion-proof type of this product is ExdIICT6Gb, which can be used in explosive hazardous environment.


The sensor is suitable for the medium whose viscosity is less than 5×10^-6m^2/s at working temperature. For the liquid whose viscosity is greater than 5×10^-6m^2/s, the sensor should be calibrated for real liquid and then used.

Working principle.


Fluid flow through the sensor shell, due to the impeller blade and flow direction has a certain angle, the impulse of the fluid so that the blade has a rotational moment, after overcoming the friction torque and fluid resistance blade rotation, in the torque balance after the speed is stable, under certain conditions, the speed is proportional to the flow rate, because the blade has a magnetic conductivity, it is in the magnetic field of the signal detector (composed of persistent magnets and coils), the rotating blade cutting Magnetic lines of force, periodically changing the magnetic flux of the coil, so that both ends of the coil induction out of the electrical pulse signal, this signal through the amplifier amplification and shaping, the formation of a certain amplitude of continuous rectangular pulse wave, can be transmitted to the display meter, showing the instantaneous flow of fluid or total. In a certain flow range, the pulse frequency is proportional to the fluid flowing through the sensor (instantaneous flow rate Q), and the flow rate calculation formula is as follows:
