Installation and precautions.

◆ Flowmeter out of the box, should be carefully checked, has confirmed no damage during transportation.

◆The flowmeter must be installed in a vertical position (the angle between the center of the flowmeter and the plumb line does not exceed 5 degrees) and properly supported to prevent any stress transfer.

  For new installation pipeline in the installation of the flowmeter before the pipe should be flushed clean. Installation inlet is always at the smallest end of the cone pipe, that is, the smallest digital end of the connection.

◆In order to facilitate the replacement of parts during use, the flowmeter should be installed with sufficient space around it.

◆When the flowmeter is in use, the regulating valve should be opened slowly to prevent the float from hitting the glass tube with a sudden upward stroke and damaging the glass tube.

◆Float reading position for the float at the largest outer diameter.

◆The measured fluid and state (temperature, pressure) and the flowmeter index is not consistent, the value must be corrected according to the fluid and state at the time of use.

  In the use of the process of cone tube and float stained should be cleaned in time.

◆ Periodically check the error of the flowmeter. Once the error exceeds the specified, should follow the float and glass tube or recalibration.
